Shipments
Once your purchase is complete, we will process your order immediately and send you an email with shipment status and estimated delivery date. The estimated production time for each order is approximately 2/3 working days. Delivery times are estimated and start from the date of shipment. We strive to dispatch your order as quickly as possible but cannot be responsible for delays due to remote delivery locations or inclement weather.
When you place your order, please make sure your billing and shipping address details are correct, as we are unable to redirect.

Returns
The goods must be returned in the same condition in which they were sent, with no signs of wear, in the original packaging and with any parts and accessories under warranty. Only then can the exchange proceed. Items without any scratches, stains or dents are considered unworn. Garments must not have tags removed and must not arrive damaged or excessively wrinkled.
Otherwise, the replacement request will not be accepted.
Within 10 days of receiving the item, you can send an email to me@yulia.it to request an exchange of the item for the following reasons: defective product, wrong size. Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
